Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively monitor, configure, and secure the company’s internal network architecture, firewalls, and endpoint devices against potential data breaches or security vulnerabilities.
- Oversee the end-to-end installation, network configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous maintenance of site-wide IP CCTV systems, PoE switches, and biometric access control hardware.
- Provide comprehensive technical troubleshooting and repairing for corporate hardware and server.
- Assist front end customer service during busy period.
- Have the knowledge to create and design apps from scratch will be a plus point.
- Bachelor Degree in Infocomm Technology from a recognized institution.
- Practical, hands-on knowledge of networking protocols, routing, firewall security configuration, and physical deployment of network-attached CCTV surveillance hardware.
