About the RoleAs an IT Support Technician at ML Systems Integrator, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support services across hardware, software, and network environments. This role combines both Tier 1 (first-line) and Tier 2 (advanced-level) responsibilities, requiring a proactive, technically strong, and client-focused individual capable of managing day-to-day issues and more complex escalations.
Key Responsibilities- Tier 1: Provide first-line support for scheduled and any ad hoc requests via onsite visits, email, phone, or remote access.
- Tier 1: Troubleshoot end-user issues related to IT infrastructure, including Windows/Mac systems, MS Office, and other standard applications.
