The Role

Are you passionate about technology and eager to start a career in IT? We are looking for a motivated IT Support Trainee Technician to join our team and develop real-world technical skills.

Your working environment will be a mix of office-based work and hands-on IT support for our manufacturing teams on the factory floor, offering great variety. You will be part of Faerch Group IT , a team of approximately 25 IT support colleagues across the Group , and you will contribute to a global ServiceDesk supporting users across multiple sites.

In the UK, Faerch operates five sites , including Sutton and Ely. Your primary responsibility will be to support users in Poole, London, and Durham . Travel within the UK is expected to support both the London office and the production site in Durham.
