Role Purpose
The System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, supporting, and improving the bank's business and technology systems by acting as a key link between business stakeholders, system managers, vendors, and IT teams . The role focuses on requirements analysis, system documentation, issue resolution, change support, and governance , ensuring systems operate reliably, securely, and in compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities System Analysis & Support- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and system requirements.
- Support day-to-day system operations, including issue analysis, root-cause identification, and coordination with technical teams and vendors.
