Job Description:
- Manage and ensure the operation of server infrastructure and ICT services in accordance with established standards and procedures to support business operations.
- Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers and supporting services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 Years of experience in Server Administration or System Engineering is an advantage
- Knowledge of Windows & Linux Server, Virtualization, Storage, and infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, Mail Server, etc.).
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/VLAN).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
