IT Systems Administrator

About The Position The IT Systems Administrator supports the Director of Technology in the day-to‑day operation, development, and maintenance of HFL’s information technology systems. This role is hands‑on and service‑oriented, with a strong emphasis on software systems, SaaS platforms, and internal application development, particularly within Microsoft’s ecosystem. The IT Systems Administrator plays a key role in supporting and extending HFL’s Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft 365 tenant, Teams, SharePoint, and related cloud services, while also providing general IT support such as device setup, troubleshooting, and user assistance. This role helps ensure that technology systems are reliable, secure, and effectively aligned with HFL’s mission and operational needs.
