Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, maintain, and support enterprise applications and business systems across the property management and development portfolio.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Monitor system performance , troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal IT teams or external vendors.
- Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes with minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new applications , including testing, training, and user support.
