Responsibilities
- Own the corporate technology layer end-to-end, including identity and access management (IAM), SaaS tooling, and device security.
- Manage the Okta environment, including SSO consolidation, lifecycle automation, and federation.
- Build and operationalize HRIS-triggered provisioning and offboarding automation across the identity and SaaS stack.
- Support SOC 2 compliance efforts by maintaining access review programs, audit trails, and provisioning logs.
- Contribute to Zero Trust and endpoint security initiatives, including MDM, EDR integration, and device trust.
- Drive SaaS hygiene through shadow IT discovery and configuration hardening.
- Provide IT support for a growing team, managing device lifecycles and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
