Overview
IT Systems Engineer II Jobber is looking for an IT Systems Engineer II to work within the Operations team, focusing on automating and improving our IT infrastructure and integrating SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable IT solutions beyond traditional legacy systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow gaps and reduce operational tasks.
- Lead automation deployments and build solutions using a variety of tools and methods.
- Research and deploy current tools or platforms.
- Address escalated tickets from the team.
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years in a Systems Administrator role, preferably in a macOS setting.
- Experience with common SaaS applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, etc.
- Strong knowledge of macOS MDM platforms, particularly Jamf.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Shell Scripts, etc...
