Job Description
We are looking for a n IT infrastructure / support engineer with strong Windows-Linux systems knowledge, CCNP-level networking skills, and experience in server operations, virtualization, and enterprise IT support.
As this role will work closely with counterparts in China, fluency in Mandarin is required.
Responsibilities:- Provide desktop IT support for company employees, including system installation, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, configuring office peripherals, and managing user accounts and access permissions.
- Operate and maintain Windows/Linux physical and virtual servers, including deployment, routine inspections, patch updates, data backup, and emergency incident handling.
- Troubleshootnetwork issues and perform basic configuration of routing and switching devices;requires NP-level networking knowledge.
