Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer / System Administrator to manage day-to-day IT support, systems, devices, network, firewall, and user access for a growing team of 100+ employees.
This is not a basic desktop support role. We need someone who can independently handle Mac and Windows laptops, employee onboarding/offboarding, software installations, email and access setup, firewall/network troubleshooting, IT inventory, device security, and regular support requests across the office.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, security-conscious, and comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users.
