Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues. Manage the full endpoint lifecycle, including device deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and offboarding. Support Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 applications and services. Administer and support Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. Support Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point, and One Drive environments. Assist with endpoint management platforms and device policy administration. Diagnose and resolve VPN, Wi‑Fi, LAN, and WAN connectivity issues. Perform workstation builds, rebuilds, and hardware refresh projects.
