Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and install computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Assist staff or clients by walking them through steps to configure systems or fix issues, either in person or over the phone.
- Identify and fix hardware and software issues by analyzing system and network errors.
- Replace defective or outdated computer components when necessary.
- Deliver technical assistance, including the preparation of instructional documents and related reports.
- Use written guides and diagrams to diagnose and fix problems or to set up systems.
- Assist with the deployment and implementation of newly developed applications.
