The workplace will be mainly at Punggol Barut and occasionally need to go to Seletar North. Job Responsibilities 1) Overseeing the annual business plan for the IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness. 2) Monitoring daily operations, including Simplivity Servers, AD Domain, Backup, Network Devices, AP, CCTV, VM Ware, NAS Storage, and Firewall policy. 3) Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance between Singapore as HQ and Malaysia. 4) Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively. 5) Update patches for Windows OS and servers. 6) Assuring all IT activities are performed within applicable laws, codes, and regulations. 7) Evaluating technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures offline (NAS storage) or online (cloud). 8) Remaining current with technological advances and industry best practices. 9) Perform desktop support services for computers, mobile devices, tablets, ...
