Role PurposeSupport manufacturing operations by providing standard systematic solutions.Create and support solutions and improvements for manufacturing systems.Interface between SAP team and Operations teams.Support SAP and other manufacturing systems and their interfaces.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport manufacturing operations with SAP system expertise.Identify and resolve complex technical issues within our customer service-level agreements.Translate Business User functional requests requirements to build technical objects utilizing best practices.Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.Ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Conduct working sessions with business users as required.Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA/IBP/ECC/MM/SCM/APO/GTS and table structures, data elements/fields, & table inter-dependencies.Able to work with Basis team during troubleshooting providing guidance when required.Will need to become proficient in...
