IT Technical Support

The IT Technical Support is responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting users with technical concerns to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
  • Respond to help desk requests (in person, phone, or ticketing system)
  • Set up user accounts, email, and access permissions
  • Maintain IT equipment and perform regular system checks
  • Assist with network setup and basic server maintenance
  • Document issues, solutions, and procedures
  • Ensure data security and follow company IT policies
