Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with mall or commercial property systems (CCTV, access control, building management systems)
  • Strong knowledge of networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and security management.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain and update documentation for support processes.
  • Train users on new technologies and software.
  • Collaborate with IT team to improve systems performance.
