Job Description
The IT Support Staff is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users across the organization. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, ensuring proper functionality of network and communication tools, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral devices. The role also involves documenting technical issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
