Responsibilities
Driving & Monitoring Queue for ticket closure all end user issues.
Cognizant IT procured Laptops & Desktops Allocation/De-allocation based on Request allcoation and Deallocation and On-boarding portals.
Cognizant provided Mobile Phones & SIM Cards - Allocation/De-allocation/Hardware Issues Call logging.
Work on End point compliance (parameters AD/AV/MBAM/Avecto/SCCM/DLP) as per Cognizant IT baseline.
Technical support for Cognizant imaged Desktops/Laptops and work on issues related to Hardware/Operating system.
Intune Support on Mobile Devices.
Location Video Conference-End User support & regular VC Check list.
IT Assets & Accessories Allocations and updating in Service Now AMDB.
Stock verification and updating in AMDB using PAV.
Inventory Update - Asset Status in Allocation/De-allocation and addressing all Query from HAM team.
Clearance approvals for assets returned.
IT Assets hardware call logging for warranty laptop...
