Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement work plans and programmes related to providing technical and IT support services to users of desktop devices (computers, telephones, printers, scanners) and assist them in operating these devices effectively.
  • Monitor the implementation of operational plans and resolve routine and emergency technical issues related to desktop devices and all systems and applications in line with business requirements.
  • Monitor and perform system and software control processes, oversee the functioning of devices and peripherals, and install software to ensure continuous and effective operation.
  • Respond promptly to users’ needs regarding desktop devices within the SLC and follow up on the Help Desk system to ensure the effective provision of appropriate support services.
