IT Technician on behalf of a Bank based in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years' IT support/helpdesk experience looking to build a career within Banking and Financial Services.

Key responsibilities:

✅ Managing and resolving IT helpdesk tickets

✅ Providing 1st and 2nd line support to users

✅ Setting up and supporting laptops, desktops and user accounts

✅ Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
