Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and managing proposals in the technology sector for both public and private clients.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement and applicable regulations.
• Proven experience in writing technical ICT proposals.
• Analytical skills to interpret requirements and translate them into clear and differentiated content.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Excellent writing skills and advanced use of office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
