Job Description

The IT professional is responsible for overseeing and managing comprehensive IT services for a user base exceeding 250 individuals. This role demands strong domain expertise in network infrastructure, server management, Active Directory administration, IT security protocols, and cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. The individual will provide end-to-end help desk support, addressing issues related to hardware, Office 365, and specialized engineering software, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
