ITAD Technician

• Perform receiving, sorting, and segregation of IT equipment such as servers, network equipment, PCs, laptops, and monitors.
• Perform testing of various types of parts such as SSD/HDD/DIMM.
• Conduct visual inspection and functional testing of equipment.
• Perform secure data erasure using Blancco and operate machinery for physical destruction of data-bearing devices (HDDs, SSDs, flash drives, etc.).
• Update audit results in the shopfloor management system.
• Work closely with the Operations Supervisor and team leads to ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with customer service level agreements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in IT, Electronics, or equivalent.
