Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) educator who can demystify the ITIL framework for adult learners. You will teach best practices for aligning IT services with business needs—covering the Service Value System (SVS) , the Four Dimensions Model , and the 34 ITIL practices .

If you have led ITIL foundation bootcamps, designed process workflows for a live organization, and can explain Problem vs. Incident in five different ways, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instruction: Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual or in-person) for ITIL 4 Foundation, and potentially intermediate levels (Create, Deliver & Support; Drive Stakeholder Value).
  • Curriculum Design: Build slide decks, case studies, process flow exercises, and mock exams aligned with AXELOS/PeopleCert learning objectives.
