Location Ang Mo Kio 
Type of Role 1 Year Contract (RENEWABLE) 
Remuneration Base Salary - $5,000 
Renumeration 1 month bonus upon completion of contract (subjected to attendance, performance etc..)

Job Summary An ITSM (IT Service Management) Engineer plans, implements, and optimizes IT service delivery workflows. They align IT capabilities with business goals, automate processes, and manage platforms like ServiceNow to streamline incident, change, and problem management. 
Job Responsibilities Process Design: Develop, configure, and optimize ITSM workflows (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) 
Platform Administration: Configure and maintain ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow or Jira) to enhance service delivery and reporting capabilities.
