GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced ITSM professional to drive standardisation and continuous improvement of ITSM processes. You will oversee governance forums and enhance service performance metrics across teams.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with 2-5 years of ITSM experience, and advanced skills in Power BI and Excel. Flexibility to support different time zones is a plus.
