Java Developer (Core Java, Java 17 and above, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Kafka, MongoDB) Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (4 Days WFO) Engagement: 12 months Responsibilities
Microservices & APIs: Designing and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices on cloud and containerized platforms (like AWS or OpenShift/Kubernetes). Business Logic Implementation: Translating complex financial workflows (e.g., FIX protocols for trading, high-throughput payment processing) into functional code, bridging gaps between business analysts, quantitative researchers, and software teams. System Performance: Working on multi-threading, real-time transaction processing, and optimizing latency across distributed banking systems.
