Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a:
**Java Developer**
We are seeking motivated Java Developers who are passionate about coding and open to continuous learning. This opportunity is part of a training program within our development academy, where participants will receive hands-on mentorship, technical upskilling, and practical experience in Java and related technologies.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Java Developer -**Advanced English (both written and spoken) - required for communication with global** **teams**
- Strong knowledge of Java, OOP, and design patterns
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks
- Basic experience consuming and creating REST APIs / Microservices
- Familiar with Git, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile development practices
- Willingness to learn and participate in a training program
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google C...
