This role involves designing and implementing enterprise-grade Java applications, fostering innovation through collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of reliable systems aligned with business objectives. The Lead Developer will also champion best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Software Requirements
