Job Description

• Defining, analyzing, and reviewing customer requirements in JDE Modules
• Work with the JD Edwards technical team to resolve technical issues
• Configure application software to meet business requirements
• Develop support proficiency in the GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cost Accounting modules
• Provide end-user training and support
• Functional testing of software upgrades and enhancements
• Defining report specs and working with end-users and technical Team to deliver these
• Strong skills in providing process improvement aligning it with JD Edwards functionality and capability and the industry best practices
