Job Description
Fun, loving, active family seeking occasional care for our 3 younger children. We have 6 kids total, but the older 3 (ages 12-15) are mostly self-sufficient and not with us full-time due to shared custody. Occasionally our 12-year-old daughter may join the younger group, with additional pay provided.
We spend much of the summer camping and at the lake, so some childcare may take place outdoors or at our campsite. The kids enjoy swimming, paddleboards, kayaks, and our floating island, so strong swimming skills and comfort around water are very important. CPR certification is preferred, and familiarity with a LifeVac is a bonus.
Two of our younger children are autistic, so patience and experience with neurodivergent children are appreciated. We are also exploring FSCD respite support, which may provide more hours and higher pay in the future.
