Roles & Responsibilities Atlassian Tool Administration Configure and manage JIRA, Confluence, and Crowd instances including workflows, custom fields, schemas, projects, and spaces. Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure secure access control. Maintain system customization including plugins, apps, and integrations. System Maintenance & Support Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and performance optimization of Atlassian tools. Handle system upgrades in multi-node/server environments. Migrate projects and Confluence spaces between instances and versions. Incident & Ticket Management Manage and resolve VOC (support tickets) efficiently. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution. Coordinate with Atlassian support and plugin vendors for issue resolution.
