Job Description

The Role

JIRA Administration

o Administering the new platform and providing training/workshops for JIRA users.

o Configurations of schemes via JIRA.

o Managing and resolving support issues types via JIRA.

o Managing updates on existing documents including the tractability spread sheets to convert in JIRA.

o Acting as the first point of contact for all JIRA escalations.

o Acting as the WTW JIRA contact for all relevant third parties

o Full time support for the Jira software, including some out of hours on-call support

o Proactively monitoring and managing the JIRA project.

o Managing software upgrades and communication with procurement team for maintenance planning
