Summary Of Duties
Reporting to the Supervisor, Service Desk, the End User Device Support Analyst will support the development and sustainment of end user device processes and workflows for the City’s standard desktop/laptop, tablet, mobile devices and productivity tools. The position is responsible for managing the configuration of end user device products and will document and maintain system requirements for products within the Enterprise portfolio.
