This role, reporting to the Nursing Services Manager, requires certification and completion of a recognized CCA program. You will engage with clients, families, and coworkers, using your organizational skills and customer service focus to deliver person-centered care. Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team is essential for promoting the well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in daily care activities as per CCA standards
• Maintain effective communication with clients and families
• Practice safe lifting techniques with proper body mechanics
