Join Total Oilfield Rentals as a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician in Blackfalds, AB. This full-time role focuses on maintenance and inspection of equipment in a supportive environment.
As a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician, you will report directly to the Branch Manager. Your responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance, using tools safely, and maintaining a clean work area. You will work on a range of equipment, showcasing your skills in a rewarding atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance and inspections
• Utilize proper tools and techniques for safety
• Maintain shop tools and a clean work area
• Work on Cat, John Deere, and Komatsu equipment
• Support operations with experience in mining environments
Requirements:
• Journeyman certification from Alberta Apprenticeship Board
• Heavy truck and trailer experience required
• CVIP license is necessary
