Job Description

About the role:

  • The Jr. Engineer will work with internal peers from Mfg, Engg, R&D, IT, IE, SCM in addressing and preventing any quality issues from reaching customers, in driving improvements related to quality and in addressing issues raised by customers. He/She should also have good interaction with Optrs, Technicians and Line QCs. He/She also interacts with external ATCB Nexperia counterparts from BE and subcon sites and Business groups as needed.

    • What you will do:

  • Ensure compliance with non-conformance (NC) handling requirements in assigned areas.
  • Monitors process OCAPs & LRRs on assigned area.
  • Escalate issues identified at firewalls, during in-process monitoring, or through developing trends and spikes.
  • Drive effective lot scoping and immediate quarantine of suspect non-conforming lots and equipment.
  • Act as gatekeeper for releasing hold lots in the system.
