Job Description

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and induction for new joiners, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
  • Help administer attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
  • Respond to routine employee queries on policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required.
