Jr Production Supervisor

The Jr. Production Supervisor manages the fundamental elements such as human resources, materials, equipment and planning, organizing and carrying out the work in the areas assigned to him to manufacture the products under the indicated safety and quality precepts
- Coordinate production to achieve the goals set
- Participate in the elaboration of development plans for the personnel in charge.
- Maintain control of production, inventories and shipments to the warehouse.
- Provide training and coaching to staff at all levels when required.
- Ensure an accident-free environment in your work area through actions that reduce risks.
- Execute in a timely manner the improvement projects assigned in P3.
- Ensure that your staff follow the quality system and the processes and criteria established by the IPMs, EVCs, PFMEA
