Key Responsibilities
Support SAP SD module implementation and maintenance activities
Assist in configuring SAP SD processes:
Sales Orders
Deliveries
Billing
Pricing
Shipping
Credit Management
Work with senior consultants to gather business requirements
Prepare functional specifications and documentation
Perform unit testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Troubleshoot basic SAP SD issues and provide user support
Coordinate with MM, FI, and ABAP teams for integration activities
Maintain customer master and sales-related master data
Support incident resolution and ticket handling
