Key Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) processes: invoice entry, coding, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, prepaids, and reporting support.
Perform account reconciliations (bank, AP, AR, inventory, intercompany).
Support finance team with audit prep, data analysis, and ad hoc projects.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
