Key Responsibilities (KRA - Key Result Areas):
- Financial Reporting & Compliance : Ensure accurate and timely financial statement preparation in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Month-End & Year-End Closings : Manage closing processes and reconciliations efficiently.
- General Ledger & Accounts Management : Maintain accuracy in account reconciliations and oversee AP/AR processes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the development and monitoring of financial plans.
- Tax & Audit Compliance : Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audits.
- Internal Controls & Process Improvement : Implement financial controls and streamline accounting operations.
- Financial Analysis & Insights : Provide management with key financial data and reports.
