RESPONSIBILITIES:
Billing to customers
CFDI 4.0 electronic invoicing process, including invoices, payment supplements and credit notes.
Follow up on collections, payments to suppliers and payment supplements (PPD)
Reporting of Accounts Receivable to Finance Manager
Sales and inventory analysis and reporting
Confirmation and Payment of invoices uploaded through the OS
Support in the preparation of cash flow planning according to future payments
Validation of supporting documentation and payment for reimbursement to employees
Development and automation of financial and operational reports, including data from digital platfo...
