Key Responsibilities
AI Platform Administration: Support the day-to-day administration of AI platforms
with a primary focus on Claude (usage, configuration, user and team
management, permissions or access control) and support additional AI tools &
custom AI solutions as the portfolio grows
User Onboarding & Enablement: Assist with the onboarding of new AI platform users
across regions, including account provisioning, creating onboarding guides and
conducting training sessions to accelerate adoption
Adoption & Engagement: Actively promote AI usage across business units
by collecting high-value use cases, sharing success stories and building an internal AI
community that drives engagement and best-practices
Use Cases & Best Practices: Curate and maintain a centralized use cases catalog and
best-practice documentation to help users get the most out of AI too...
