Job Title: Junior Analyst – Accounts Receivable

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Temporary - Permanent - Hybrid

Salary: $$

Job Responsibilities:
  • Apply customer payments via EFT/Cheque/Wire
  • Investigate mis-applied payments
  • Liaise with internal team to resolve unapplied payment issues
  • Exporting data from Excel in large volumes
  • Performing analysis on aged receivables
  • Reconciling payment batches at end of day
  • Ad hoc reporting
    • Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • + years of accounts receivable experience
  • Advanced excel skills (v-look ups & pivot tables,SQL)
  • Previous experience working with Oracle is an asset
