Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks (Morning Focus)

  • Receive checks and verify deposits
  • Copy and scan receipts and documents
  • Data entry and record management (reservations, customer information, purchase & inventory records)
  • Update Excel sheets and simple databases
  • Draft, proofread, and file documents
  • Support external marketing through coordinated PR activities

Interpersonal & Communication Tasks (Afternoon Focus)

  • Manage social media scheduling and respond to feedback (email)
  • Coordinate mid-management meetings and scheduling with Division Head
  • Provide polite and adaptable communication support

Support Tasks

  • Inventory and supply management (stock checks, ordering assistance)
  • Assist with basic expense reimbursement
  • Prepare Off-JT training materials and liaise with HR outsourcing partner
