As a Junior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders to modernize Asset Management, Work Management, and Supply Chain Management systems. Your role includes gathering and analyzing requirements, process mapping, and supporting testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document detailed business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Support process mapping and fit-gap analysis
• Create user stories, use cases, and process flows
