Description

Hire Resolve is currently assisting a well-established construction company in Cape Town in their search for a Junior Civil Quantity Surveyor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of tender documents, quantifying materials and labor costs, preparing cost estimates, and monitoring costs throughout the duration of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Support in managing quantity surveying tasks, including take-offs and measurements
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost control and adherence to budget
