Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms across development, staging, and production environments, including compute, storage, virtualisation, and supporting systems.
- Support infrastructure modernisation and on-premises to cloud migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Administer and optimise virtualisation platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V), including patching, capacity planning, performance tuning, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
- Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and operational support for critical platform services.
- Implement infrastructure automation, monitoring, observability, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
